The international airport Pinto Martins in Fortaleza (10 km from the city center) receives daily flights from several airlines, national and international. Airlines flying to Fortaleza airport: GOL, TAM, Ocean Air, Webjet, CTACV (Air Transport Cape Verde), TAP (Europe), Delta Airlines (Atlanta-USA), Livingston (Rome and Milano, Italy) and Air Italy .
By car – Departing from Fortaleza, which is 170 km, one must follow the CE 040 highway (tourist route) to the BR-304. Since then, one must take the BR 304, passing the bridge Juscelino Kubitschek under the Jaguaribe River and, soon passing the second bridge over the river Tank Salgado, also in Aracati, and then immediately take the EC 371. Follow the signs to get to Canoa Quebrada.

If you come from Natal, the BR 406 gives the BR 304 before Mossoró. After the Bus Station take the CE 371 bound for municipal beaches and follow the signs to get to Canoa Quebrada.
