Late check-out: Since the hotel reception is communicated in advance and is under the hotel availability.

 Pricing policies for children
 Children from 00 to 6.9 years Free, unless the child is in the same apt. from parents;
 Children from 07 to 11.9 years 15% of the paid value of the accommodation;
 Children age 12: 30% of the paid value accommodation;
 Max capacity. for cribs / beds per room is 1;
 Only one baby is free from 02 babies (in parents apt) supplement will be charged 15% of daily;
 Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

 Cancellation Policies
 If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee;
 If canceled up to 15 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total;
 If canceled up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total;
 If canceled up to 2 days before date of arrival will be charged 70% of the total;
 In case of No show: will be charged the full amount of the reservation

 Pre-booking confirmation
 50% on the booking confirmation Act through bank deposit or credit card.
 VISA, Master Card and American Express up to 2x without interest.
